Wheels and tires

With Roamer Plus, the Wheels & Tires page lists each set of wheels and tires your vehicle has reported and the miles on each. Roamer tells sets apart by their total mileage, the number your vehicle shows for each set on its center display.

Why do I see the same tires twice?

A new set appears whenever that mileage number changes: after a tire swap, an adjustment at a tire shop, or an edit to the set's mileage on the center display. Rivian also sometimes reports the same set under a different wheel or tire type.

To combine them, open the menu on the set with the right mileage, choose Merge…, and add the duplicates. If Roamer asks which mileage to keep, pick one, then choose Merge entries. Merge only sets that are the same physical tires. To undo a merge, open Merged on the same page and choose Undo merge.

How do I rename a set or change its tire?

Open the set's menu and choose Edit. Pick your tire from the list, or type it under Custom Tire (optional) if it isn't there. A name or tire changes how the set is labeled, not its mileage or efficiency.

Why is my tire mileage wrong?

If drives are on the wrong set, choose Rebuild under Rebuild from history at the bottom of the page, then merge any duplicates. Rebuild re-sorts every drive by what Rivian reported and keeps your names and tire picks. It keeps merges into a set where you picked a mileage and undoes the rest.

Still wrong? Email support@rivianroamer.com with the date you changed tires, the odometer reading then if you know it, and a screenshot of the page.
