The latest features and improvements to Roamer.
Roamer now estimates your next tire rotation date from your recent mileage and rotation reminder. The date appears on your dashboard and in Wheels & Tires when there is enough recent driving data.
Available with Roamer Plus on desktop and mobile web.
You can now filter Rivian Software release notes by vehicle model and generation. If you have linked accounts you can also select those to only see notes relevant to you. Release notes are auto-merged into one easy to read set.
Supported R1S and R1T drive details can now show Rivian’s estimated added weight alongside efficiency, energy use, and cost, including towing comparisons.
Tire pressure is now included on drive session detail pages in the stats and the time series graph.
Service Mode and Software Update have been added to the activity timeline bridging gaps when activity may not show up.
Your battery's range buffer is now on the Battery page. It shows how far your current net capacity sits above or below the point where displayed range at 100% starts dropping, and roughly how much distance that's worth.
Note: Net capacity shifts with the weather conditions and is not an indicator of battery health.
With Rivian Roamer you can tag sessions with customizable tags like "Business". These tags can then be used to filter in the activity view to enable you to filter for those use-cases. This is helpful if you want to track your sessions related to work or business. Now, you can automatically tag sessions using the Tagged Locations feature with auto-tagging.
If you've ever wondered how your battery capacity stacks up against similar vehicles, now you can see this straight from the battery page! It compare your current capacity against vehicles of the similar model, year and battery.
Note: Battery Capacity is not a direct sign of battery health. Rivian uses battery capacity reservation to maintain a consistent maximum range display. Capacity can vary in both directions depending on weather and battery conditions.
A charging session can be derated for several reasons, and Rivian Roamer now surfaces those reasons directly on the charging session page.
