Added a new Streaming Quality setting. Enabled by default, this setting reduces buffering by automatically adjusting audio quality depending on connectivity speeds. To always play the highest quality audio available, turn this setting off.

- Reduced some occurrences of steering wheel vibrations at highway speeds.
Power and Battery
- Improved the accuracy of vehicle diagnostics to better protect 12 V battery health.
- Improved system reliability to protect from a very rare electronic park braking fault after vehicle wake.
- Fixed an issue that could slowly cause usable battery range to fluctuate. Range estimates now behave more consistently.
Fixed a rare issue that caused the charge port door to stick after water ingress.
