Each R1T, R1S or R2 order now has its own page in Roamer, so you can switch between orders and follow the steps through shipment, inspection, delivery prep and delivery day. The page shows the service center, carrier, and pickup or home-delivery details when Rivian provides them.
Roamer now emails you when it sees your VIN assigned or your vehicle ship, with a link to that order. For an R2 order, you can also compare your wait with other R2s in the same build.
Order tracking is free with a linked Rivian account, on the web and in the iOS beta. Open Your orders and manage Rivian orders emails in notification settings.
Select a tire in the Tire Efficiency Guide to open its new detail page. You can compare efficiency at different speeds and temperatures and see the data behind each comparison.
For Roamer Plus customers with enough recorded data, the page can also estimate what switching could mean for their vehicle's range. When the results are too close to distinguish, the page says "No clear difference."
Roamer's MCP server is here for Roamer Plus members. Connect it to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok or Muse, and ask about your Rivian in your own words, down to the raw telemetry your vehicle sends.
For example, ask "Why was my last fast charge so slow?" The assistant reads that charge's power readings, compares them with similar Rivians, and charts where the speed dropped.

When you ask, an assistant can also make changes for you: tag drives, enter what a charge cost, or plan a trip with Rivian's trip planner and send it to your vehicle's navigation. Sending a trip can wake your vehicle.
Get started
Open the setup guide and follow the steps for your assistant. You'll add Roamer's server address, sign in to Roamer, and choose Allow.
For each assistant, you choose whether it can see locations, make changes in Roamer, or plan trips. Change these or disconnect an assistant anytime under Account → Connected Apps. Assistants don't get your Rivian password.
Limitations and what's next
The MCP server is for asking questions, not for exporting your data, and Roamer limits how many requests an assistant can make. To get a copy of everything Roamer has recorded, download an archive.
Setup takes a few steps today. One-step connectors for Claude and ChatGPT are coming.
Roamer is moving to evroamer.com in the coming weeks, which is why the sign-in window opens there. There's nothing you need to do now.

You can now download a copy of your account and vehicle history from Roamer. Open Account, then look for Exports under Data and select Request export.
You can check its progress in Account or close the page. We'll email you when your archive is ready, and you'll have seven days to download the ZIP file.
Exports are available to everyone with a Roamer account, including free accounts. Your archive includes only data still stored in Roamer.
Trips has a fresh look on the web. Trips in progress appear first, followed by Up Next, with past trips grouped by year.
On desktop, distance, efficiency, duration, and charging cost line up across the page, making past trips easier to compare. Smaller screens show a compact summary for each trip.

Your fast-charging curve now appears alongside similar Rivians on the Charging page. The chart shows how charging speed changes as the battery fills, using vehicles with the same generation and battery pack for comparison.
Open Insights, then Charging, and look for DC Fast Charging. The comparison appears when enough recorded charging data is available. Available with Roamer Plus.
Roamer now adds the Home, Work, and favorite places saved in your Rivian to Locations. Drives and charges at those places are labeled automatically, including past ones.
If you already have a Home or Work place nearby, Roamer connects it instead of adding a copy. With Sync with Rivian on, a place moves when you change it in your Rivian. Roamer checks for changes once a day. To move a place yourself, turn off Sync with Rivian. If you delete a place, Roamer won't add it back.
Open Locations from Activity to see your places. A yellow dot marks the ones that sync with your Rivian. Available with Roamer Plus.
Every Insights page now has the same date selector. Choose the last 30 days, 90 days, six months, year, or all time. You can also pick your own start and end dates from the calendar.
Open the date selector at the top of Insights, Battery, Charging, Efficiency, or Mileage to choose the period you want to view.
Insights has a new landing page with efficiency, battery, charging, and mileage together in one place. Each card gives you a quick look at your vehicle and opens the full page when you want more detail.
